Grace Mary Pinzka

Grace M. Pinzka, a resident of Perkasie and formerly of Brittany Farms, passed away September 19, 2018.  She was 90.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rosa Fabrizio and wife of the late Joseph Pinzka.  She is survived by her children Francis Pinzka (Kathy), Steven Pinzka (Kathy) and Laurie Gale (Brian).  Also surviving are her brother and Anthony Fabrizio (Marie); nine grandchildren Shane (Brook), Matthew, Elizabeth, Lauren, Joseph, Emily, Colin, Brian and Amanda; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by her siblings Teresa, Nicholas, Vincent and Mary.

Grace lived in Brittany Farms for over 40 years where she made many lifelong friends. She worked at Delaware Valley College for 22 years and was a volunteer at St. Jude School when her children were there.  Grace was a fabulous cook and enjoyed watching the cooking shows on TV.  As a member of St. Jude Senior Group, she traveled extensively and went on many day trips and to Broadway shows.

Grace lived her last eight years with her son Steve and his family.  She had Home Helpers and made friends with each Aid involved with her care.  But her number one enjoyment and priority was spending time with her family.

Friends and family are invited to her viewings, 7-9 PM, Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Scanlin Funeral Home, 175 East Butler Ave., Chalfont, PA and 10:30-11:30 AM, Monday September 24, 2018 at St. Jude Church, 321 West Butler Ave., Chalfont, PA.  Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Church, 11:30 AM on Monday.

Interment will follow at Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery.  Donations in Grace’s memory may be made to St. Jude Church at the above address.
